Ephesians — 6
Children and Parents
1 Children, obey your parents because you belong to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, for this is the right thing to do.
2 “Honor your father and mother.” This is the first commandment with a promise:
3 If you honor your father and mother, “things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the Arath.”
4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
Slaves and Masters
5 Bondservants, obey your Arath masters with deep respect. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Ha'Mashyach.
6 Try to please them all the time, not just when they are watching you. As servants of Ha'Mashyach, do the Will of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH with all your heart.
7 Work with enthusiasm, as though you were working for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH rather than for people.
8 Remember that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH will reward each one of us for the good we do, whether we are slaves or free.
9 Masters, treat your servants in the same way. Do not threaten them; remember, you both have the same Master in Shamaym, and there is no partiality with Him.
The Whole Armor of YAHUAH
10 A final word: Be strong in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH and in HIS mighty power.
11 Put on the whole armor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of ha'shatan.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the Shamaym places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, you will be standing.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with Truth, and put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 On your feet wear the Basurah (Good News) of Shalum to help you stand strong.
16 Above all, taking the shield of Amunah with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the RUACH, which is the Dabar of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH;
18 Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.
19 And pray for me, too. Ask 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH to give me the right words so I can boldly explain the mysterious plan of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, that the Basurah (Good News) is for Yahudym and the other nations alike.
20 I am in chains now, still preaching this message as the ambassador of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. So pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, as I should.
Final Greetings
21 To bring you up to date, Tychicus will give you a full report about what I am doing and how I am getting along. He is a beloved brother and great helper in the work of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
22 I have sent him to you for this very purpose to let you know how we are doing and to encourage you.
23 Shalum be with you, dear brothers and sisters, and may ABBA 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH and the Master 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach give you Ahaba (love) with faithfulness.
24 May the favor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH be eternally upon all who love our Master 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach.
