Ephesians — 2
Made Alive with Ha'Mashyach
1 Once you were dead because of your disobedience and your many sins.
2 You used to live in sin, just like the rest of the world, obeying ha'shatan, the commander of the powers in the unseen world. Ha'shatan is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
3 All of us used to live that way, following the passionate desires and inclinations of our sinful nature. By our very nature we were subject to the anger of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, just like everyone else.
4 But 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH is so rich in mercy, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH loved us so much,
5 That even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Ha'Mashyach from the dead. It is only by the favor of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH that you have been saved!
6 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH raised us from the dead along with Ha'Mashyach and seated us with Ha'Mashyach in the Shamaym realms because we are united with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach.
7 So 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH can point to us in all future ages as examples of the incredible wealth of his favor and kindness toward us, as shown in all 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has done for us who are united with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach.
8 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH saved you by HIS favor when you believed. And you cannot take credit for this; it is a gift from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.
10 For we are the masterpiece of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has created us anew in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach, so we can do the good things HE planned for us long ago.
Oneness and Shalum in Ha'Mashyach
11 Do not forget that you other nations used to be outsiders. You were called “uncircumcised heathens” by the Yahudym, who were proud of their circumcision, even though it affected only their bodies and not their hearts.
12 In those days you were living apart from Ha'Mashyach. You were excluded from citizenship among the people of Yashar'AL, and you did not know the covenant promises 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH had made to them. You lived in this world without 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH and without hope.
13 But now you have been united with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach. Once you were far away from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, but now you have been brought near to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH through the blood of Ha'Mashyach.
14 For Ha'Mashyach Himself has brought Shalum to us. He united Yahudym and the other nations into one people when, in his own body on the execution stake, Ha'Mashyach broke down the wall of hostility that separated us.
15 Ha'Mashyach abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances (regulations), so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, which is the Yahudym and the other nations, thus making Shalum,
16 Together as one body, Ha'Mashyach reconciled both groups to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH by means of His death on the execution stake, and our hostility toward each other was put to death.
17 Ha'Mashyach brought this Basurah (Good News) of Shalum to you the other nations who were far away from Him, and Shalum to the Yahudym who were near.
18 Now all of us can come to ABBA through the same RUACH Ha'Qadash because of what Ha'Mashyach has done for us.
19 So now you the other nations are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of the Qadash people of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. You are members of the family of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
20 Together, we are the house of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, built on the foundation of the Shaliachs and the Nabyms. And the cornerstone is 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach Himself.
21 We are carefully joined together in Ha'Mashyach, becoming a Qadash Temple for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
22 Through Ha'Mashyach you the other nations are also being made part of this dwelling where 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH lives by His RUACH.
