2nd Corinthians — 5
New Bodies
1 For we know that when this Arath tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this Arath body), we will have a house in Shamaym, an eternal body made for us by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH HIMSELF and not by man's hands.
2 We grow weary in our present bodies, and we long to put on our Shamaym bodies like new clothing.
3 For we will put on Shamaym bodies; we will not be ruach without bodies.
4 While we live in these Arath bodies, we groan and sigh, but it is not that we want to die and get rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, we want to put on our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life.
5 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH HIMSELF has prepared us for this, and as a guarantee 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has given us HIS RUACH Ha'Qadash.
6 So we are always confident, even though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at home with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
7 For we live by believing and not by seeing.
8 Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these Arath bodies, for then we will be at home with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
9 So whether we are here in this body or away from this body, our goal is to please 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
10 For we must all stand before Ha'Mashyach to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or the evil we have done in this Arath body.
We Are The Ambassadors of YAHUAH
11 Therefore, since we know what it means to fear 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, we should try to persuade people. We ourselves are perfectly known to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. I hope we are also really known to your consciences.
12 We are not commending ourselves to you, we are giving you a reason to be proud of us, that you may have an answer for those who boast in appearance and not in heart.
13 If it seems we are crazy, it is to bring Kabad to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH. And if we are in our right minds, it is for your benefit.
14 Either way, the love of Ha'Mashyach controls us. Since we believe that Ha'Mashyach died for all, we also believe that we have all died to our old life.
15 Ha'Mashyach died for everyone so that those who receive His new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Ha'Mashyach, who died and was raised for them.
16 So we have stopped evaluating others from a man's point of view. At one time we thought of Ha'Mashyach merely from a man's point of view. How differently we know Him now!
17 This means that anyone who belongs to Ha'Mashyach has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
18 And all of this is a gift from 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, who brought us back to HIMSELF through Ha'Mashyach. And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH has given us this task of reconciling people to HIM.
19 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH was in Ha'Mashyach, reconciling the world to HIMSELF, no longer counting the sins of people against them. And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.
20 So we are the ambassadors of Ha'Mashyach; and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH is calling to people through us. We speak for Ha'Mashyach when we plead with you, “ To Come back to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH!”
21 For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH Tsaba'ut made Ha'Mashyach, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could
be made right with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH through Ha'Mashyach.
