Ma'ashym (Acts) — 3
Kafa Heals a Crippled Beggar
Kafa and Yahukanun went to the Haykal (Temple) at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.
As they approached the Haykal, a man lame from birth was being carried in. Each day he was put beside the Haykal (temple) gate, the one called the Beautiful Gate, so he could beg from the people going into the Haykal.
When the beggar saw Kafa and Yahukanun about to enter, he asked them for some money.
Kafa and Yahukanun looked at him intently, and Kafa said, “Look at us!”
The lame man looked at them eagerly, expecting some money.
But Kafa said, “I do not have any silver or gold for you. But I will give you what I have. In the Name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA Ha'Mashyach the Nazarym, get up and walk!”
Then Kafa took the lame man by the right hand and helped him up. And as Kafa did, the man’s feet and ankles were instantly healed and strengthened.
He jumped up, stood on his feet, and began to walk! Then, walking, and leaping, he Yadah 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, he went into the Haykal (Temple) with them.
All the people saw him walking and heard him Yadahym 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.
When they realized he was the lame beggar they had seen so often at the Beautiful Gate, they were absolutely astounded!
They all rushed out in amazement to Shalumah’s Colonnade, where the man was holding tightly to Kafa and Yahukanun.
Kafa Preaches in the Haykal (Temple)
Kafa saw his opportunity and addressed the crowd. “People of Yashar'AL,” he said, “what is so surprising about this? And why stare at us as though we had made this man walk by our own power or righteousness?
For it is the 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH of Abraham, Yachaq, and Ya'aqub, the 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH of all our ancestors, who has brought honor to HIS servant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA by doing this. This is the same 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA whom you handed over and rejected before Pilate, despite Pilate’s decision to release him.
You rejected this Qadash and righteous One and instead demanded the release of a murderer.
You killed the author of life, but 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH raised 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA from the dead. And we are witnesses of this fact!
“Through Amunah in the name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA, this man was healed and you know how crippled he was before. Amunah in the Name 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA has healed him before your very eyes.
“Friends, I realize that what you and your leaders did to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA was done in ignorance.
But 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH was fulfilling what all the Nabyms had foretold about Ha'Mashyach that He must suffer these things.
Now repent of your sins and turn to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, so that your sins may be wiped away.
Then times of refreshment will come from the presence of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH, and HE will again send you 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA, the One 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH chose to be Ha'Mashyach.
For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA must remain in Shamaym until the time for the final restoration of all things, for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH promised long ago through HIS Qadash Nabyms.
Musha said, ‘𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH your 𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄_ALUAH will raise up for you a Nabym like me from among your own people. Listen carefully to everything He tells you.’
Then Musha said, ‘Anyone who will not listen to that Nabym will be completely cut off from the congregation of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH.’
“Starting with Shamual, every Nabym spoke about what is happening today.
You are the children of those Nabym, and you are included in the covenant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH promised to your ancestors. For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH said to Abraham, ‘Through your descendants all the families on Arath will be Baraked.’
When 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH raised up His servant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA, and then also 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄_YAHUAH sent 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏_YAHUSHA first to you people of Yashar'AL, to Barak you by turning each of you back from your sinful ways.”
